​At Le Nougat by Chabert and Guillot, we’ve perfected the art of nougat for over a century, spanning nearly five generations, and maintaining the authenticity of nougat crafting.
Since 1848, Le Nougat by Chabert and Guillot continues the rich tradition in elevating nougat and sharing it with the world. 

Nougat is a delectable confection with a rich history, known for its delightful sweetness and unique airy texture. It is made from a mixture of honey, sugar, whipped egg whites and a generous sprinkling of roasted almonds. This mixture can also be enhanced with other dried fruits, strawberries, raspberries, caramel, seeds or chocolate covered.
It is skillfully cooked and left to cool, resulting in a soft, tasty treat that captivates the palate. Nougat can be enjoyed on its own in pieces or in bars, as a solo treat or to share with friends and family.
