Ailgot combines the stretchy pull of cheese fondue with the silky suppleness of mashed potatoes.

Frozen mashed potato, fresh tome cheese, cream, salt, turmeric, garlic and emulsifier.

As needed.

Varies from 2 to 45 mns, depending on quantity prepared and method of cooking. Clear instructions are included on back side of 5 lb bag.

Ready to use from frozen to plate. No additional ingredient needed.
Perfect as a side dish. The Aligot is good to be served plain or can easily be flavored with herbs, bacon, truffle mushroom ... 
It is also perfect to use for traditional dishes such Quiches, Shepperd's pie, Dauphine potatoes ... There is really no limit!
