Ready-to-use and tasty chocolate glaze with its high content of real chocolate couverture. The finish is satine shine.
Dark chocolate couverture: 37,6% (cocoa mass; sucrose; fat reduced cocoa powder, coca butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla flavor); Water; Sugar; Sorbitol; Vegetable fat; Caramelised sugar syrup; Glucose syrup; Emulsifier: soya lecithin; Preservative: potassium sorbate.
Simply melt and pour at 35-40°C (95-104°F) on cold cake or dessert for a satine shine finish and a deep chocolate color.
It can also be used as chocolate filling for doughnuts or chocolate tart.
