The gelified pear is made from the Williams pear selected on the best French orchards. It is obtained through the fermentation and distillation of Williams pears. This spirit is then mixed with neutral alcohol, water and a flavoring agent. Contains 50% Alcohol.

This Pear Liqueur is meant to be used only in pastries, confectionery,
ice creams and dessert recipes, and is improper to be used as a drink.
Used as a pastry ingredient, the gelified texture gives the advantage of homogeneous snoaking and an easy distribution on the dough. Mixing pear and neutral alcohol give the advantage to mix natural flavoring and low cost.
