Almond paste 22%, sweetened biscuit taste (no bitterness)
Stiff whitish paste, soft and homogeneous texture – ready to use.
Sugar; Blanched almonds (22%); Glucose syrup; Water;
Humectant: Sorbitol E420; Inverted sugar syrup;
Preservative: Potassium sorbate E202, Invertase.
Shaping of decoration items (flowers, animals, figures…).
Laminating into sheets, parchment… to cover or to line cakes.
Ready to use.
Take the needed quantity from the pail onto the table.
Add flavor and/or color as desired and knead to get a regular texture. To avoid the Marzipan to get sticky, spread some icing sugar onto the table.
