Containing at least 65% rye, this flour is a firm favourite for parties where seafood is served. A pronounced malt flavour and dark brown crumb. Grinding, carried out on real millstones of 100% natural stone. This milling makes it possible to crush all the grain whereas milling on cylinders gives a more sifted product with separation of the germ.
